Brokerage - February 24, 2022Bristow-Holmes is delighted to announce that the 34 Metre Sunseeker Yacht ‘White Pearl’ has been sold. Listed for sale by Founder Harry Bristow-Holmes and Co-Broker Jan Schwarze, the buyer was introduced by Stratos Korais of Atalanta Marine.
This is the 2nd Sunseeker 34 Metre Yacht brokered by Bristow-Holmes in the past 12 months and a highly unusual 4 Cabin Layout.
Built by Sunseeker, this GRP yacht was launched in 2010. Her interior in gloss-finished Cherry Wood comfortably accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of an amidships master suite, a main deck VIP and two twin guest cabins. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, Apple television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. The crew quarters are located aft.
The spacious main saloon has large leather sofas to port and starboard, plus armchairs, with an entertainment centre featuring a stereo surround sound home cinema system. Forward of the saloon is a formal dining area with seating for eight guests while further forward lies the Galley, Day Head and the Forward VIP Cabin.
The yacht’s exterior spaces are designed for relaxing, entertaining and dining, with the flybridge consisting of a large bar, U-Shaped Seating Area and Jacuzzi.
