CENTRAL AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT – ‘ROGUE’

Bristow-Holmes is delighted to have been appointed worldwide Central Agent for the striking Sunseeker 131 Yacht ‘ROGUE’

The Sunseeker 131 Yacht needs little to no introduction, the class leading model was one of the most sought after Sunseeker models and dominates the 40 Metre Motor Yacht Pre-Owned Market due to her class leading volume, performance and aggressive styling.

‘ROGUE’ is a stunning one-owner model delivered in 2018 and benefiting from being fully EU VAT PAID. Priced to sell she is without doubt the best example on the market and will not be available for long.

‘ROGUE” has only ever been privately used and as such she presents exceptionally well. One of only a few yachts to have the optional Wenge and Gloss finish, the interior has a modern, fresh feel, unlike the traditional heavy wood panelling found on many other examples. ‘ROGUE’ was extensively upgraded while in build by her knowledgeable owners. Additional features include Tropical Air Conditioning, Fin stabilisation (zero speed and while underway) and the Platinum Upgrade Package to name but a few. The Main saloon features floor to ceiling glass on both the port and starboard side and this is replicated once again in the Master Cabin and the Sky Lounge.

Accommodation is via five en-suite cabins. A full-beam on-deck master has to be one of the main features of this yacht: large windows give the cabin lots of natural light and a beautiful view of the sea. Two Double and Two Twin Cabins can be found on the lower deck. The owner opted to add the additional Pullman berth to both twin cabins, meaning the yacht can accommodate 12 guests with ease. The boat was also constructed to RINA Commercial Rules and MCA LY3, meaning the future owner could quickly put her into Charter if required.

The exterior deck’s Audio Visual System has fully upgraded, ensuring entertainment for all. The yacht comes alive at night with an additional six underwater lights upgraded to fifteen ensuring ‘ROGUE’ stands apart from the rest.

‘ROGUE’ has just completed her 5 Year Class Survey and is therefore in turn key condition ready to go.
