Events - December 7, 2017The annual Metstrade Show recently completed another successful week, cementing its reputation as the world’s largest gathering of the leisure marine community. The B2B event in Amsterdam welcomed a staggering 116 different nationalities, the highest number to date.

Globally renowned designers gathered before brokers, captains and managers to comment on a selection of new and forward-thinking Superyacht concepts.
The discussions spanned over a 4 day period, provoking thoughts of how to move forward and progress interior and exterior design.
A statement with particular prominence shone through from Hans Koning of Amels;
‘‘You have to know exactly what your client wants and study him and his way of life down to a tee. This is how we progress in the world of superyacht design.’’
At Bristow-Holmes this has been a critical and exciting part of The Gotham Project, to build a yacht that provides luxury and practicality whilst celebrating the personality of its owner.
