Bristow-Holmes is thrilled to announce the successful sale of the Sunseeker 34 Metre Yacht “LADY GREY”.Bristow-Holmes represented both the Buyer and Seller in an in-house transaction reinforcing the Brokerage Houses reputation of finding direct purchasers. This was a landmark sale for Bristow-Holmes as we not only acted on behalf of the Buyer and Seller but we also negotiated a part exchange as part payment which is already UNDER OFFER with a third party!
This was a complicated transaction from the outset owing to a vast number of variables which required meticulous attention and planning throughout.
Bristow-Holmes would like to thank all parties involved in the transaction, the sale wouldn’t have been possible without a great deal of teamwork from “Alex Tedji of Hill Dickinson and Leon Batchelor of finance house ARC&CO.
The successful sale of Lady Grey maintains Bristow-Holmes record of successfully brokering every Central Agency Yacht we have received instruction on. A 100% success record that no other Brokerage House in the world can boast.
This is the 118th Yacht sold by Bristow-Holmes and takes our total sales figures to 244,575,437 Euros of Super Yachts at a total length of 2,369.39 Metres.
