SOLD – PHILAZUR
Sales - August 23, 2016Bristow-Holmes is delighted to announce a second Brokerage Sale this month. Following on from the successful sale of the Sunseeker 84 Predator “Natalie” at the beginning of the Month we proudly announce that another one of our stunning central agency brokerage yachts has also now been sold.
The Sunseeker Predator 60 “Philazur II” is without doubt one of the most striking Sunseeker Predator 60’s ever built. Fitted with the 1200hp MAN Engines she is a true Sunseeker Predator. Her unique Metallic Gold Hull and super structure make Philazur II a true head turner wherever she goes.
Built in 2009 for an existing Sunseeker owner she features 3 cabins (2 en-suite) below decks as well as a spacious relaxing area and galley. Above decks the Predator 60 is built for “fun in the sun” with two very large sunbathing areas and a capacious cockpit with ample space for entertaining. This coupled with the rise and fall hydraulic platform and garage for her matching Williams 325 Jet Tender make her one of the best Sunseeker models to have ever been built in recent years and a true Bristow-Holmes favorite.
Founder and Director Harry Bristow-Holmes comments “We’re thrilled to have brokered the sale of Philazur II, this is the second in-house deal we’ve done in recent weeks and proves that new clients are being drawn to our brokerage listings through our extensive marketing campaign and visionary approach to the sale of our clients vessels”.
The typical brokerage transaction usually takes around 30 days from the signing of the contract to completion however with the help of all parties Bristow-Holmes managed to turn the sale around in under 7 days, a challenging and unique set of circumstances made possible by the dedication of all parties involved.
Although “Philazur II” is no longer available don’t fret, we’ve just been and visited our 2013 Sunseeker Predator 60 “FLASH” that we have for sale in Croatia . We had great fun capturing some unique shots of her using our in-house Video and Media Team. Built for one of our clients in 2013, she’s the last Sunseeker Predator 60 ever built and benefits from a number of custom changes and upgrades over previous Sunseeker Predator 60’s. One of the main changes was the raising of the ceiling height throughout the saloon, galley and forward cabin by over 15cm’s, leading to not only much more height in these areas but a fantastic feeling of space over other Sunseeker Predator 60’s.
